Chillicothe Man Accused of Harming Infant to Appear in Court

A Chillicothe man accused of shaking his infant is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.  21-year-old Timothy Orr’s child was later diagnosed with swelling and bleeding of the brain.  Orr will appear for a preliminary hearing at 9:00 a.m.  He is charged with assault resulting in serious physical injury.
