Chillicothe Man Bound Over to Circuit Court

A Chillicothe man accused of shaking his infant appeared in court Wednesday morning.  Timothy Orr, 21, was bound over to circuit court and will next go before a judge January 15th at 9:00.  He was charged with assault after his child was hospitalized with swelling and bleeding of the brain.
