Chillicothe man facing multiple allegations in Livingston County

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — A search warrant was served in the 200 block of East Bridge Street Monday in Chillicothe after officers received a report of a child’s welfare being endangered.

As a result, Gary Lee Mautino, 35, of Chillicothe, was arrested at about 1:10 p.m. Monday.

Mautino stands accused of possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

He was transported to the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail where he is held on a $100,000 cash only bond.

He will appear Wednesday, September 20 for a preliminary hearing setting in a Livingston County courtroom at 9:00 a.m.
