Chillicothe PD Officer Hurt in A.M. Crash

A Chillicothe Police Officer was injured in a traffic crash Friday morning at Highway 65 and 190 in Livingston County.

According to the highway patrol, 37-year-old Scott Chubick had made a traffic stop and had emergency flashers on when a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Kristen Ford of Chillicothe struck the rear of the police cruiser. The cruiser was forced into the rear of the other stopped vehicle driven by 18-year-old Elizabeth McCoy of Chillicothe.

McCoy and Ford were uninjured. Chubick suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment.
