Chillicothe Police Arrest Domestic Assault Suspect

An alleged domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of Miller Avenue in Chillicothe on Sunday led to the arrest of a 36-year-old man.  Russell McQuinn was taken into custody on allegations of domestic assault, peace disturbance, driving while intoxicated and assault on a law enforcement officer. McQuinn was transported to the Livingston County jail.  At this time, he has only been charged with a DWI.
