Chillicothe Resident Arrested

An arrest warrant was served Monday on a Chillicothe Resident.  Zachery Alan Laffey, 18, is accused of an alleged violation on a judge’s order.  The original charge was three counts of theft or stealing of any firearm.  Laffey pleaded guilty in July.  His bond is set at $25,000 cash only.
