The Lafayette County Health Center is closed.
The Chariton County Health Center is closed.
The Caldwell County Health Center is closed.
—Legion Posts—
American Legion Post #478 of Blackburn has cancelled all evening activities.
—Libraries—
The Carrollton, Ray and Livingston County libraries have been closed.
—Municipal Courts—
Concordia Municipal Court has been cancelled.
—Senior Centers—
The Carroll County Senior Center is closed. Their birthday celebration and chicken dinner will be held on Friday. The cookie sales have been extend through Friday.
The Senior Dance at the Saline County Fairgrounds has been cancelled for Thursday night.
Senior Centers in Lexington, Concordia, Odessa, and Higginsville are closed.
—Sports—
Carrollton High School athletic activities scheduled for Thursday and Friday nights have been cancelled.
All games for Hardin-Central Thursday evening have been postponed. The games have been rescheduled for Jan. 21.
The New Franklin Tournament has been postponed. Thursday’s games have been moved to Jan. 2. Friday’s games are expected to go on as scheduled.
—Other—
The Carrollton License Bureau is closed. They are expected to reopen on Friday.
Those who eat at the Chillicothe Center will have to use emergency meals on Thursday.
The Chillicothe Food Pantry is closed. They expect to open at normal time on Friday.
The OATS buses in Chillicothe will not run on Thursday.
There will be no home delivered meal service for Lafayette County.
Ray Carroll Grain Growers annual meeting in Hardin has been cancelled. They will hold another meeting Friday at 11:30 in the Goppert Building in Norborne.
The Richmond High School band and choir concert at the Farris Thursday night has been cancelled.
The Chillicohte Blood Drive is cancelled.
