Coach Fairchild and Penney Hornets 5-0

Dave Fairchild has been coach of the Penney Hamilton Hornets since 1981, with a brief stint as the school’s Superintendent. The Hornets are unbeaten at 5-0 so far; but coach Fairchild says tonight, it’s a regular game in a regular season.

Their opponent last Friday was Plattsburg…it was a 40 point spread. Coach Fairchild says there’s a reason for the teams success.

That hard work will be tested again tonight at home by the 3 & 2 West Platte Blue Jays; kick off at 7 p.m.
