Concealed Marijuana Case Continues

An eight-month-old Saline County court case will progress Tuesday morning.  Ken Cheng, 61, is scheduled to appear at 11 on charges of attempting to distribute a controlled substance.  Cheng was arrested by Highway Patrol troopers following a March traffic stop on I-70.  The Florida resident allegedly had more than 50 pounds of marijuana concealed in “tea” bags.
