A Carrollton man accused of killing his estranged wife in 2010 has had a scheduled court appearance delayed.
The pre-trial conference for Mark Rhodes, 46, was scheduled to begin in a Ray County courtroom at 11:00 Friday morning. However, a phone conference was held before that time, and Rhodes’ appearance was moved back to October 21st at 10:00. The pre-trial conference will now be held in Carroll County. Rhodes is expected to go before a jury on the 4th of November.
He is facing one count of murder and one count of armed criminal action. He is accused of killing Tina Rhodes in September of 2010.
