Latimer said Marshall has a real problem with the people leaving their unlicensed vehicles around.  Gilpin Auto Parts will now pay the city $69 for every car they tow.

Marshall was also designated at “Train Town” by the Union Pacific Railroad.  Union Pacific Railroad is awarding the designation to certain towns along its routes in celebration of its 150th anniversary.
