The safety measure is meant prevent equipment from coming in contact with high line wires.  Edwards said there was no incident that instigated the change, they are merely being cautious.

An ordinance authorizing changes to the Bothwell Hospital lease will be considered.  The hospital wants to refinance bonds they already have, and need Council’s approval, as they are under the City.  Edwards said it could save them between $300,000 and $400,000.
