Counsel Status Hearing for Arkansas Man

The Counsel Status Hearing of an Arkansas mans will be held in Saline County Wednesday morning.  According to the probable cause statement, Matthew Wyatt, 19, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old in April.

He reports he had taken prescription pills and can not remember having intercourse with his sister’s friend.  The incident allegedly took place at a home on Route C in Saline County on April 8th.

Wyatt has been charged with one count of child molestation.  He will appear at 9:00 Wednesday morning.  Wyatt is currently out on bond of $2,000.
