One of the Hardin teens accused of sexual assault will appear in Ray County courtroom Thursday morning.  Jeffrey Ellis, 18, has been charged with two counts of forcible sodomy.  The accusations stem from an incident in November 2011 in which Ellis and Randy Estenbaum allegedly sodomized a classmate in the Hardin-Central locker room.  The criminal setting for Ellis is scheduled for 10:00.  He is scheduled to go to trial in July.
