Court dates determined for Richmond robbery suspect

RICHMOND, MO – A pretrial conference was scheduled Wednesday in Ray County Circuit Court for one suspect in a Richmond robbery.

Court records name James M. Miller for his part in the robbery of a store on Main Street in Richmond, January 2017. Reportedly, shots were fired, and cash and cigarettes were stolen from the establishment.

A pretrial conference will take place November 27. Co-defendant, James Gay has pleaded guilty to his part in the robbery.
