Criminal Setting for Cozadd

An Excelsior Springs man charged with statutory rape will appear in a Ray County Courtroom Wednesday morning.  Ernest Guy Cozadd, 50, is accused of having sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years of age.  His criminal setting is scheduled for 9:00.
