Criminal Setting Scheduled for Shooting Suspect

The Criminal Setting for a Richmond resident is scheduled Friday morning.  Zarek Cook, 21, is charged with discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle, armed criminal action, assault, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana.  He and Christopher Graham, 19, are accused of chasing down and shooting at a vehicle in October.  He will appear in a Ray County Courtroom at 9:00.
