Daviess County case bound over to circuit court

DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. — A Gallatin woman was bound over to circuit court in Daviess County after a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon.

35-year-old Amanda M. Rainey will go before the circuit judge on several counts related to the theft of property and identities as well as for possession of a controlled substance.

Amanda’s husband, 44-year-old Johnny Rainey was also charged after authorities executed a search warrant on their Gallatin home in November.

Amanda Rainey is scheduled to appear for arraignment in circuit court on December 12th.
