Deer Caused Dekalb County Accident

A St. Joseph woman was injured when the vehicle she was riding in crashed in Dekalb County early this (Wed) morning. According to the Highway Patrol, Albert Voltolina, 20, of St. Joe was Northbound on Baker Road, three miles South of Maysville, when he swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway and traveled off the right side. The vehicle struck a fence and overturned. A passenger in the vehicle, Porsha Hecker, 20, received minor injuries and was transported to Mosaic Life Center
