BOONE COUNTY, Mo. – A man who discharged a handgun after being ejected from a lounge in Columbia is asking the court to release him from home detention.

The motion hearing for Andrew L. Barnette-Kruger, 25, begins at 9:00 a.m. this (Wed) morning in Boone County. Barnette-Kruger was charged with felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm after he reportedly fired into the air at the Club Vogue parking lot in September of this year.

When a surety bond was posted in October, a condition of the bond was home detention with the defendants parents.
