Deputies Uncover More Than 200 Grams of Marijuana

A raid on a home in Marshall ended in the arrest of five people on Saturday.  The Saline County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies found more than a half pound of marijuana, digital scales, and packaging materials at the home in the 600 block of North Ellsworth.  Christopher Artis Jr., 33, Phillip Bosley, 38, Kirby Kuptz, 24, Quincy Erby, 17, and Lakesha Morrow, 29, were taken into custody.  Artis has been charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.  His bond was set at $10,000.  Formal charges for the other four people have not been filed.
