The hours of operations for the beer and wine garden at the Puddle Jumper’s festival was approved Monday night by the Odessa Board of Aldermen.

Murry says this should make law enforcement for the even much easier. A few residents and Aldermen voiced their concerns about the garden.
Other items approved was for road work to be done on Otway, Wells and Russell Streets. Also fishing is now prohibited at Lake Venita for the next two years in order to increase the fish population.
Other areas of discussion included the city’s personnel manual and the 1912 complex agreement.
