Domestic Assault Suspect to Appear for Preliminary Hearing

A preliminary hearing is Wednesday afternoon in the case against a Bosworth man involved in a domestic dispute that turned violent.  John Buchko, 35, has been charged with assault and armed criminal action.  Court documents accuse Buchko of hitting a woman in the back and head with a golf club.  Bond was set $250,000.  He is scheduled to return to a Carroll County courtroom at 1:30 p.m.
