Driver in double fatality crash bound over in Carroll County

CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. — A Carrollton man charged with involuntary manslaughter after two of his friends died in a rollover crash last year waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday in Carroll County.

Blake Lee Wilson, 20 was the driver of a pickup which traveled off Route CC at a high rate of speed on December 23, 2017.

Teagan Birdno, 19, and Matthew Landi, 21, did not survive the crash and Zachary Warner, 22, received minor injuries.

Wilson was bound over to circuit court on two felony counts of involuntary manslaughter in the second degree.

Arraignment in division one will take place on December 11.
