Drug Arrests Made in Chillicothe

After a two-month investigation, the Chillicothe Police Department has made several arrests in connection to the sale of marijuana, methamphetamine and prescription pills. Members of the police department’s S.P.I.D.E.R. Unit (Special Police Investigations Division and Emergency Response) conducted undercover drug purchases and surveillance resulting in the arrest of five individuals on Saturday.

Anissa Rhoton is facing one count of distribution of a controlled substance near a school.  Rhoton’s bond was set at $15,000 cash-only.  Also arrested were Michael Session, Michael Hill, Nicole Irving and Vernon Hines, all of Chillicothe.  Each individual was charged with distribution of a controlled substance near a school.  They were each booked in the Daviess DeKalb County Regional Jail on $25,000 cash-only bonds.

Additional charges are forthcoming from the Livingston County Prosecutor’s Office.  Another individual is also wanted in this case and a warrant has been issued for their arrest.
