Drugs and Firearms Focus of Trial

A Sedalia man will be in Saline Co. Courtroom Wednesday morning for his jury trial.

Jeremy Futscher, 33, is facing the charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and two traffic violations.

He was charged following his arrest in November of 2011 after a police search of his residence returned several stolen goods.

Futscher will appear for a trial setting Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
