The Saline County court docket Monday morning includes a hearing in a weapons case and a probation conditions hearing.

Up first is Nancy Black, 55, of Marshall.

Black pleaded guilty in February to numerous charges including distribution of a controlled substance near schools and distribution or manufacture of a controlled substance. She faces more than 40 years in prison if she violates her 7 year supervised probation. She goes before Judge Rolf at 9 a.m.

The second case is that of 60-year-old Mark Lee Tousignant.

The Marshall man is charged with three counts each of unlawful use of a firearm and possession of an illegal weapon. Tousignant was arrested back in March when he had set traps at his county storage unit. His plea/trial setting is also scheduled for 9 a.m.

Both cases will be handled by Judge Dennis Rolf.
