The Monday afternoon docket at the Saline Co. Courthouse includes the case of a Marshall man and multiple charges.

Billy Bellamy, 41, is charged with three counts of resisting arrest, one count of first degree property damage and leaving the scene of an accident. Bellamy was arrested in May of last year. His case review is scheduled for 1:15 p.m.

A motions hearing for a Sedalia woman is also scheduled Monday. Lydia Iliff, 33, is charged with child endangerment, tampering with a motor vehicle and second-degree murder.

The charges were brought about after Iliff disappeared with her 18-month-old daughter in July of 2012. The child was later found deceased on the banks of the Blackwater River. Iliff is also slated for a 1:15 p.m. appearance.

And Christopher Whittom, 30, is charged with pharmacy robbery, attempt to manufacture, possession with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possession of a meth precursor.

The Marshall man will also appear at 1:15 p.m. for a pre-trial conference. He goes before a jury on July 24th.
