Elkhorn Fire

Authorities have confirmed a large fire at the intersection of N Highway and Ridge Road near Elkhorn.  It is reported as starting as a natural cover fire that spread to a building possibly containing diesel fuel, gas, and a tank of anhydrous ammonia.  Aid has been requested from other fire departments and a medical helicopter has been sent to the scene.  We will bring you more information on this breaking story as it becomes available.
