Ellis Case Headed to Circuit Court

A Hardin teen appeared before a judge in Ray County Tuesday afternoon and waived his right to a preliminary hearing.  Jeffrey Ellis, 17, has been charged with forcible sodomy after he and another former Hardin-Central student allegedly sexually assaulted a classmate at the school last fall.  Ellis has been bound over to circuit court and is scheduled to appear on Sept. 5 at 9:00 a.m.
