Embezzlement Case set for Motion Hearing

A Chillicothe woman, Donna Preszler, 59, allegedly took millions of dollars from the Hamilton-based general contracting firm Burdg Dunham and Associates over the course of 11 years. a temporary restraining order was filed against Preszler and her husband back in June. In late November of 2012 Preszler’s attorney filed a motion for “failure state claim, motion to strike, or, in the alternative, Motion for more Definite Statement” in an effort to have the case dismissed. A motion hearing will be held Tuesday morning in a Daviess County courtroom at 10 a.m.
