Emergency Response in Carroll Co.

Emergency crews responded to an incident on Highway 139 in eastern Carroll County at about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon.  Scanner traffic indicates a person was lying in the road north of Three Bridges.  We will bring you more information as it becomes available.
