The Volunteer Board of Directors for the Santa Fe Ball Association,
serving the communities of Alma, Blackburn, Grand Pass, Malta Bend and Waverly would like to invite parents, and volunteers to the:

Santa Fe Ball Association’s Annual Open Meeting,

We will have an annual report of the status of the community ball
association, share information regarding the upcoming 2018 Baseball & Softball season, accept nominations for the 4 Board of Director’s terms that are due for vote by the membership and receive additional registration forms for any children at least age four (4), as of Jan. 1st that are interested in enrolling in this summer youth program. The Santa Fe Ball Association offers multiple levels of summer baseball and softball for any youth in the Santa Fe R-10 School District, Trinity Lutheran School and the Malta Bend School District. This program works in conjunction with the LaCoMo East Charter of Little League Baseball.

Registration forms have been distributed within the schools systems
serving each community as well as the local day care provider’s
facilities. The registration deadline is the open meeting, Monday,
February 26th. Late registration requires board approval.
Any adults who would be interested in helping coach a team for this league needs to express interest to the board and be willing to submit to a volunteer background check for the safety of the youth involved..

The objective of the Santa Fe Ball Association shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.
