Missouri Valley College’s spring graduation has been moved to Saturday in the Burns Athletic Complex.
The VFW benefit in Trenton has been cancelled. They plan to reschedule at a later date.
The baseball game between Northwestern-Mendon and Keytesville has been cancelled.
The Grover Street Victorian Historic District Front Porch Tours in Warrensburg scheduled from 4:00–6:00 p.m. today has been cancelled due to weather. A short program celebrating the district including a Proclamation by the Mayor will take place at 4:30 p.m. in the Municipal Center at 200 S. Holden Street. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 18, 2012 and is the first historic district ever listed in Warrensburg. The City Hall Open House and Tours will still take place from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. There will be a MODOT Grant Presentation for Downtown Revitalization Phase III-B at 5:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center. There will be a City Hall Dedication Program at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Center.
Linn County R-1 has rescheduled the FFA banquet to May 16th.
The World Day of Prayer in Dewitt, scheduled for 6:00 p.m., has been cancelled.
The Lafayette County Cattlemens, hamburger cook out at Bucks Country Mart in Higginsville has been cancelled.
The Chamber Spring Fling has been postponed until May 18th at 9 am on the courthouse lawn. The lamp post contest is still on but due to the weather some of them may not be decorated until Monday.
All soccer games with the Carrollton Area YMCA have been cancelled.
The Chariton County Health Center has cancelled their kite flying event due to muddy conditions.
Machpelah Cemetery in Lexington’s dedication of a computer kiosk directory of the cemetery has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled at a later date.
