Ex-Cop Fails to Show for Court Hearing

The legal wranglings continue for a former Carrollton Police officer after he allegedly failed to show for a court hearing on Tuesday.  A judge in Saline County issued a capias warrant for Robert Bakert, 34.  He was arrested in March after Marshall police uncovered a synthetic stimulant and other illicit items in his vehicle during a traffic stop.  Bond on the new warrant was set at $15,000.
