Burton said they would appreciate any help from community volunteers in dismantling the display.  “We want to open it up to anyone who would like togive any amount of time to help us,” said Burton,”We have a plan and are fairly organized about it, so it generally goes smoothly.  When everyone does a little, it really doesn’t take long and we always have a good time.”

The committee reminds those joining them to dress for the weather conditions.  “It’s always good to wear boots especially with the snow on the ground right now,” said Burton,” Gloves are also a great idea for this work.  Most importantly, just be comfortable.”

The group will meet near the gray maintenance building in the park at 10:00 a.m. beginning Wednesday, January 2nd and each day thereafter until the project is complete.
