An early morning fire in Livingston County is under investigation.  Emergency crews responded to a home just west of Chillicothe on Old Highway 190.

The Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services, a deputy, and members of the Chula and Wheeling Fire Departments responded with a deputy to the home, which was reportedly the location of a court ordered lock out.

A deputy said one of the occupants had allegedly threatened to burn down the home in previous interactions.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office was called to assist in the investigation.
