Five Indicted in Connection to Saline County Burglaries

Forty one charges have been filed against five  people in connection with a series of burglaries in Saline County.  According to Saline County Prosecuting Attorney Don Stouffer, a large majority of those counts have been filed against Marshall resident Billy Joe Bellamy.  According to the report, Bellamy has been indicted on six counts of burglary, one count of stealing, 14 counts of money laundering, and one count each of pharmacy robbery, armed criminal action, and failure to file a Missouri income tax return.  Also charged in the crimes are Marshall residents Thomas Eugene and Dollia Ann Bolling.  They were indicted on three counts of failure to file a Missouri income tax return.  In addition, a Marshall woman and a Kansas City man have been charged; however, they cannot be identified until after arrests have been made.
