Five Teens Involved In Roll-Over

A roll-over accident in Buchanan County sent four St. Joseph teens to the hospital Wednesday night. The Highway Patrol reports, 17-year-old Madison King was northbound on County Road 70, two miles south of her hometown when the crash occurred. According to reports King became airborne after topping a hill, traveled off the roadway, hit an embankment and overturned multiple times.  Out of the five occupants in the vehicle four of the teens were injured. King received minor injuries along with her passengers 17-year-old Ashlee Bland, and 17-year-old Nicholas Merritt. Her other passengers 17-year-old Chandler Barger received moderate injuries while 17-year-old Emma Dwyer was uninjured. All four injured teens were taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center.
