Formal Charges Filed in December Crash
Charges were filed Tuesday against a former Chillicothe resident. Michael Kameren Lent, 22, who now resides in Kansas City, is accused of driving at a high rate of speed and while intoxicated when he crashed on Highway 36 near Utica in early December. Lent and his two passengers, Jesse Marshall, 21, and Richard Stimpson, 21, suffered moderate injuries. Lent has been charged with two counts of second-degree assault. He was picked up by Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
