A Hardin teen charged with sexually assaulting two classmates in a high school locker room in October and November 2011 pleaded guilty this past April and has been sentenced Friday.

As part of a plea agreement, Randy Eugene Estenbaum, 19, admitted to one felony assault charge and one misdemeanor count of assault and has agreed to testify against who many consider the ring-leader in the assaults, Michael Boydston. Boydston is charged with two counts of forcible sodomy.

The judge handed down the sentence of five years’ supervised probation with 120 days of shock incarceration on the felony county in the Ray County Jail to run concurrently with another 15 days of shock incarceration for the misdemeanor charge. Stipulated in the probation, Estenbaum is not allowed any contact with the victim, witnesses or co-defendants.

After his incarceration ends, Estenbaum must also maintain full-time employment or full-time student status or a combination of the two.
