Four from Out-of-state Arrested in Lafayette Co.

Three men from out of state have been arrested in Lafayette County.  The Highway Patrol reports Frederick Moore, 60, Leviticus Wiggans, 21, both of Memphis, Tennessee, and Curtis Peyton, 26, of Aurora, Colorado, were taken in at about 4:15 Saturday morning for a 24-hour hold.  All three are facing charges of possession of the controlled substance oxycodone.

Troopers in Lafayette County also took in Rico Marion, 35, of Coloardo Springs, Colorado, about half an hour before three other three.  In addition to facing charges of a possession of a controlled substance, Marion was also wanted on an alleged probation violation out of Colorado.
