CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo – Four defendants appeared in federal court Tuesday to allegations of drug trafficking and money laundering.

Fulton residents pleaded guilty to misbranding over $6.6 million of synthetic cannabinoids or K2, and selling it through various Callaway County businesses.  They are among seven conspirators who have now all pleaded guilty.  Shawn Browning, Timothy Sandfort, Brandon Rader, and Joshua Sheets all pleaded guilty.

They are severally responsible for money judgements equivalent to the amount garnered in the sale of K2, and for forfeiting those proceeds to the government.
