There are three separate cases being heard in Ray County Court Tuesday morning. The first to be heard is the case of Nathan Beagley, 33, who’s facing one count of burglary and three counts of theft/stealing in relation to a string of thefts in the Richmond area; that pre-emptory docket hearing gets underway at 8:30 a.m. At 9:30 a.m. a Ray County Judge will hear the case of Steven Bonnel. The 31-year-old Richmond resident faces charges of property damage, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving; the pre-emptory docket hearing will go before Judge Thompson. Also at 9:30 a.m. Richmond resident 31-year-old Erin Curtis will appear for a pre-emptory docket hearing for the charges of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools; he will also go before Judge Thompson.
