Fulton resident facing drug delivery allegations after allegedly resisting arrest

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. — A Fulton man is in custody, awaiting formal charges after his arrest by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Miller County Wednesday night.

The arrest report indicates that Anthony J. Hance, 36 was arrested just after 11:20 p.m. Wednesday.

The report accuses Hance of not wearing a seatbelt, felony delivery of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony attempting to escape from custody.

Hance remains on a 24 hour hold at the Miller County Jail.
