Gant to be Arraigned

Richmond resident, James Gant, 25, charged with murder, burglary, and stealing was bound over to circuit court Wednesday afternoon.   A judge denied the request to suppress evidence of gants statements, cell phone records, and search of automobile .  Gant will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. on November 7th.  23-year-old Lauren Gabbard, and 25-year-old Brandon Simpson are also charged in the death of Michelle Rheuport.
