UNDATED (AP) — The governor of Georgia and the mayor of Atlanta are still alternating between qualified apologies and defensive explanations about why metropolitan Atlanta was paralyzed by a forecast storm that left thousands of people stranded on icy, wreck strewn roads on Tuesday. The governor today offered an apology, acknowledging his administration didn’t prepare well enough.
