GHCAA Community Assessment Survey Online

The Green Hills Community Action Agency is asking the public to participate in their 2013 Community Needs Assessment survey. The organization states the survey helps GHCAA to better understand the current state of poverty within their nine county area and build future programs designed to target the biggest problem areas facing residents.

In the survey you can answer as many or as little of the questions as you like.

The counties served by GHCAA are Caldwell, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Putnam, and Sullivan in northern Missouri.
