Guilty Plea in Drug Case

A Richmond resident originally scheduled to go to trial Wednesday has pleaded guilty.  Ashley Berry, 29, was originally charged with possession with the intent to distribute, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  She pleaded guilty last week to one count of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
