Guilty Plea on Charges of Sodomy

A Shawnee Kansas man entered a guilty plea in a Livingston County court room Wednesday.  Scott Matthew Jennerich, 34, was accused of bringing a juvenile male to Chillicothe and engaging in sodomy acts with the victim.  Sentencing is expected at a later date.

Jennerich faces the same charge in Carroll County.  He will appear for a pre-trial conference for that case in February and the two-day jury trial is scheduled to begin April 20th.
